1. Special line production
In order to avoid the cross pollution of deep, light and clean color products, the extra light and pure white products are relatively independent from the deep clean color products. In terms of production arrangement, the acrylic yarn manufacturers set up their own production lines. For the transportation vehicles and turnover equipment of the special line, all special line signs shall be made to facilitate the management of the special line.
2. Raw material inspection
Acrylic yarn manufacturers spot check all the incoming raw materials for the content of heterochromatic fibers, including raw cotton, chemical fibers, functional fibers and all raw materials after dyeing and processing. In particular, the raw materials after dyeing and processing, acrylic yarn, due to improper operation and incomplete equipment cleaning in the dyeing and processing process, may cause raw materials to be dyed, some fibers to be colorless, mixed with heterochromatic fibers, etc. For extra light and pure color products, the raw cotton must be manually selected for different color fibers.
3. Reasonably arrange production
When arranging the production plan of acrylic yarn, the products with similar color, raw material performance and temperature and humidity requirements should be arranged in the same production area or adjacent areas as much as possible, which can not only reduce the heterochromatic fibers caused by flying flowers, but also greatly reduce the working intensity of spinning and cleaning.
4. Closed isolation
Acrylic yarn uses light materials such as plastic board and gauze to isolate the machines producing different color products from each other, so as to prevent the cross pollution of flying colored fibers. The design of the isolation device shall not affect the daylighting and cause air flow disorder. In addition, during the transportation of semi-finished products such as cotton rolls, slivers, roving, tube yarn, etc., all of them must be sealed and tightly wrapped with special cover cloth to prevent the attachment of heterochromatic fibers during transportation.
