There are two main on-line dyeing methods for polyacrylonitrile fibers: stock solution dyeing and gel dyeing. Among them, the gel dyed fiber is used to dye the primary fiber that is still in the gel state in the wet spinning process of acrylic fiber, and the dyes used are mainly cationic dyes. After testing, the fabric can still maintain excellent antibacterial ability after 50 times of strong water washing.
