(1) Influence of temperature
When the acrylic yarn is above the glass transition temperature, the dyeing rate will increase rapidly. When the dyeing temperature is 10 ~ 15 ℃ above the glass transition temperature, most dyes of acrylic yarn manufacturers complete dyeing within this range, so it is the dye centralized dyeing area. The high dyeing temperature is generally controlled at 98 ~ 105 ℃, and the dyeing temperature has no significant effect on the dyeing saturation value.
(2) PH influence
When the pH value of acrylic yarn is in the range of 4 ~ 6, most dyes and fibers have stable properties, ideally between 4.5 ~ 5.5. In actual dyeing, buffer system is used to maintain the stability of pH value in the dyeing bath.
