The dyeing steps of acrylic yarn fabric are as follows:
1、 Color mixing: put the dye into the container of color mixing paddle and stir it with warm water for color matching.
2、 In order to make the dyeing of clothes more uniform and increase the fastness of dyeing, the stains on the clothes should be cleaned before dyeing, and the buttons and ornaments on the clothes should be removed to prevent damage during dyeing.
3、 For clothing dyeing, according to the different bath ratios (dyeing concentrations) of different clothing fabrics, add water into the dye vat, warm it to a suitable temperature, and then pour it into the dye vat for uniform mixing. According to different clothing fabrics and colors, determine (measure) the dyeing temperature, and then put the clothes into the dye vat for re dyeing.
4、 Control the dyeing of clothes according to different fabrics and colors. Add various dyeing auxiliaries to control the dyeing speed and temperature of clothes, so that the clothes can be dyed evenly, brightly and firmly.
5、 Clean and check whether the dye on the clothes is uniform, then stop heating and let the clothes cool naturally in the dye vat. After cooling, take them out and use clean water to bleach away the floating color, and then dehydrate them to dry.
6、 Fixing treatment Clothes made of different fabrics are fixed with different fixatives, different dosage and processes, and then dehydrated, dried, finished and ironed.
