Features of acrylic yarn:
Elasticity: It has good elasticity, second only to polyester, about 2 times higher than nylon. It has good shape preservation.
Strength: Although the strength of acrylic fiber is lower than that of polyester and nylon, it is 1~2.5 times higher than that of wool.
Heat resistance: temperature of fiber is 190~230C
Light resistance: The light resistance of acrylic fiber is the best among all synthetic fibers exposed to the sun in the open air for one year, and the strength only decreases by 20%.
Acrylic fiber products have good bulkiness, warmth retention, soft handle, good weather resistance, mold resistance and moth resistance. The thermal insulation of acrylic fiber is about 15% higher than that of wool.
