1. In case of major and minor repair or special maintenance of equipment, the horizontal work of frame, head and tail shall be done well, and the promotion of spinning machine shall be followed. The ground level is also required. The ground shall be checked frequently, and the equipment level shall be adjusted in time in case of subsidence and cracks;

2. Calibrate the spacing of the cleaner in combination with the wiper to prevent the breakage caused by too small, and the accumulation of flowers cannot be removed due to too large;

3. Check and calibrate the eccentric bending of spindle bar and spindle disk in combination with flat car, and carefully calibrate the spindle level;

4. Strengthen the daily inspection of spindle, bobbin and spindle belt, and timely replace them in case of runout, too long spindle belt or wear;

5. Check the ingot belt discs one by one in combination with the small flat car or special safeguard, remove the inflexible tension discs of the ingot belt, and add oil;

6. The flute pipe shall be reshaped in combination with the flat car, and the burrs at the suction port of the flute pipe shall be removed. During the inspection, attention shall be paid to the position of the cotton suction port of the flute pipe to ensure that the broken end is inhaled in time. And will not suck out normal fibers.
