1. In case of major and minor repair or special maintenance of equipment, the horizontal work of frame, head and tail shall be done well, and the promotion of spinning machine shall be followed. The ground level is also required. The ground shall be checked frequently, and the equipment level shall be adjusted in time in case of subsidence and cracks;

2. In combination with small flat car or special maintenance, the height of steel ring plate shall be well done to ensure that the steel ring plate is on the same plane;

3. The verticality of the vertical column of the lifting rail of the collar plate shall be ensured to ensure that the lifting rotors on both sides can operate flexibly along the vertical column without jamming or disengaging;

4. In combination with the flat wiping car, the spindle shall be properly aligned and the ring, spindle and yarn guide hook shall be kept concentric;

5. Strengthen the daily inspection of spindle, bobbin and spindle belt, and timely replace them in case of runout, too long spindle belt or wear;

6. Check the ingot belt discs one by one in combination with the small flat car or special safeguard, remove the inflexible tension discs of the ingot belt, and add oil;

7. The flute pipe shall be reshaped in combination with the flat car, and the burrs at the suction port of the flute pipe shall be removed. During the inspection, attention shall be paid to the position of the cotton suction port of the flute pipe to ensure that the broken end is inhaled in time.
