What are the basic work introductions for acrylic yarn?

1. Special line production

In order to avoid the cross pollution of deep, light and clean color products, acrylic yarn manufacturers set up special production lines respectively in terms of production arrangement. All transport vehicles and turnover equipment of the special line shall be marked for the convenience of special line management.

2. Raw material inspection

The manufacturer of acrylic yarn shall conduct spot check on the content of heterochromatic fiber, including raw cotton, chemical fiber, functional fiber and all raw materials after dyeing and processing. Especially for the raw materials after dyeing and processing, acrylic yarn may be dyed with flowers, some fibers are not colored, and heterochromatic fibers are mixed in due to improper operation and incomplete cleaning of equipment during dyeing and processing. For ultra-light and pure color products, the raw cotton must be manually selected for heterochromatic fibers.

3. Reasonably arrange production

When arranging the production plan for acrylic yarn, the products with similar color, raw material performance and temperature and humidity requirements should be arranged in the same production area or adjacent areas as far as possible, which can not only reduce the heterochromatic fiber caused by flying flowers, but also greatly reduce the working intensity of spinning and cleaning.

4. Closed isolation

Light materials such as plastic sheet and gauze are used for acrylic yarn to isolate the machines for producing products of different colors, so as to prevent cross contamination of flying heterochromatic fibers. The isolation device shall be designed so as not to affect daylighting and airflow disturbance. In addition, during the transportation of semi-finished products such as cotton roll, sliver, roving, tube yarn, etc., all of them must be sealed and tightly wrapped with special cover cloth to prevent the attachment of colored fibers during the transportation.
